For Clients:

• Employment/Career Counselling
• Interview and follow-up assistance
• Provide Employment Standards and Human Rights information
• Provide information about Government Funded Assistance Programs for eligible clients
• Workshops: Certificate and Non-Certificate
• Interpretation and translation

For Employers

• Promote client base – work in partnership with employers to assist with personal diversity hiring initiatives
• Information – government funded assistance programs
• Support – provide assistance to employers/employees as needed
